5. Updates
During the commercial lifespan of the products, you are entitled to any templates updates that Minimal Pixels releases. These may include fixes for any issues, improvements, or new features. If you find any bugs, please drop us an email with the issue to hello@minimalpixels.com.
We may update products or discontinue items without notice. No refunds for discontinued products.
6. Payment & Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds due to the instant delivery nature of digital products.
7. Warranties
Our products undergo rigorous internal quality assurance reviews to ensure their suitability for commercial sale.
8. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that under no legal theory, including but not limited to negligence, breach of warranty or condition, breach of contract or tort, will Minimal Pixels or its owner be liable to you or any third party acting on your behalf for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. The total aggregate liability of Minimal Pixels from any and all claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Minimal Pixels is not liable and provides no warranty for any errors, bugs, conflicts, or incompatibilities with products arising from: (i) improper installation of the product; or (ii) any use of the product for a purpose other than that for which it was offered by Minimal Pixels; or (iii) the concurrent use of third-party products or services, as reasonably determined by Minimal Pixels; or (iv) any changes or modifications to the product made after the date of purchase; or (v) errors, bugs, conflicts, or incompatibilities.
