We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with the date of the latest update reflected at the top.
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases made through this website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the payment methods provided on the website.
All prices are listed in Dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
4. License
You are allowed to utilize the purchased template(s) to create a single final product. The purchased template can only be used on one domain. Using the purchased template on multiple Framer websites is prohibited. In such cases, a separate template license must be purchased for each website.
5. Updates
During the commercial lifespan of the template, you are entitled to any templates updates that Canvas Supply releases. These may include fixes for any theme issues, improvements, or new features. If you find any bugs, please drop us an email with the issue to hey@canvas.supply
6. Refund
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you have purchased, please contact us and provide details about the reason for the refund. We have a 30 days money back guarantee. Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review it and notify you of our decision. However, we take responsibility for the quality of our products and may provide a refund if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
The All-Access Pass is not refundable.
7. Warranties
Canvas Supply guarantees that all templates are created and maintained in compliance with relevant industry standards set by Framer. Our templates undergo rigorous internal quality assurance reviews to ensure their suitability for commercial sale.
Browser support: All Canvas Supply templates are designed to be visually consistent and functionally compatible, to the extent reasonably possible, across all Supported Browsers. This includes the latest stable releases of major browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, and Edge. In cases where specific features or designs are not technically feasible due to limitations of a particular browser, we will exercise our discretion to implement a reasonable alternative.
8. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that under no legal theory, including but not limited to negligence, breach of warranty or condition, breach of contract or tort, will Canvas Supply or its owner be liable to you or any third party acting on your behalf for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, or the cost of any substitute equipment, facilities, or services, even if Canvas Supply has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such damages may arise from or be related to these terms or your use of, or inability to use, the products, or from any other damages related to these terms.
The total aggregate liability of Canvas Supply from any and all claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Canvas Supply is not liable and provides no warranty for any errors, bugs, conflicts, or incompatibilities with products arising from: (i) improper installation of the product; or (ii) any use of the product for a purpose other than that for which it was offered by Canvas Supply; or (iii) the concurrent use of third-party products or services, as reasonably determined by Canvas Supply; or (iv) any changes or modifications to the product made after the date of purchase; or (v) errors, bugs, conflicts, or incompatibilities that exclusively arise on unsupported browsers.
